Primary Care Physician
Overview
Become a part of our caring community. The Physician serves as a health‑care professional capable of handling a variety of health‑related problems. Physician work involves moderately complex to complex issues requiring in‑depth evaluation of variables.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Maintain medical history and records.
- Refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Influence department strategy and make decisions on complex issues concerning the technical approach for project components.
- Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- Bachelor's degree – 5 or more years of technical experience.
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Preferred Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine specialty with board certification.
- Patient‑facing role as part of Humana/Senior Bridge's TB screening program; mandatory TB screening.
- Must be passionate about improving consumer experiences.
- Must be willing to participate in limited on‑call coverage by phone.

Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year. Eligible for bonus incentive plan based on company or individual performance.
