PositionHighlights
- Orthopedic Surgery position with focus in Total Joint or Spine
- Employed position within an established, multi-specialty orthopedic group
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shared call schedule with approximately 5–6 days per month and one weekend per month
- Mix of approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient care
- Average 20 patients per clinic day
- 8–10 surgical cases per week to start
- Practice based primarily at a 480-bed hospital performing the highest surgical volume in the market
- Opportunity to operate at a secondary facility located within close proximity
- Access to advanced technology including Mako robotic system, CORI robot, and Stealth navigation system
- Three established clinic locations across the El Paso market
- Academic involvement available but not required
- Salary guarantee plus wRVU production model

- Full clinical and administrative support staff with potential to expand with mid-level providers
