Orthopedic Surgeon - Joint or Spine

The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total Joint or Spine to join an established, multi-specialty orthopedic group in El Paso, TX. This full-time, employed position offers a robust infrastructure, advanced surgical technology, and a well-supported clinical environment with strong surgical volume. Practice Info

• Employed position within an established, multi-specialty orthopedic group
• Practice based primarily at a 480-bed hospital performing the highest surgical volume in the market
• Opportunity to operate at a secondary facility located within close proximity
• Access to advanced technology including Mako robotic system, CORI robot, and Stealth navigation system
• Three established clinic locations across the El Paso market
• Academic involvement available but not required
• Full clinical and administrative support staff with potential to expand with mid-level providers

Responsibilities

• Focus in Total Joint or Spine
• Provide a mix of approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient care
• See an average of 20 patients per clinic day
• Perform 8-10 surgical cases per week to start

Shift & Schedule

• Full time
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Shared call schedule with approximately 5-6 days per month and one weekend per month

Requirements

• BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship trained in Total Joint or Spine
• Active TX medical license or ability to obtain
