• Largest multi-specialty group in the region with significant market share across West Texas and Southern New Mexico
• Robust referral network supported by 50+ system access points throughout the region
• Centralized billing, coding, and collections; in-house HR, IT, marketing, business development, and PR teams

• Guaranteed base salary with productivity bonus

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery fellowship training required
• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experienced surgeons and new fellowship graduates encouraged to apply
• H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available
