Role OverviewWe are seeking skilled and dedicated Tennis Instructors in Memphis to join our dynamic platform. Whether you’re a seasoned coach or new to the profession, our flexible model lets you set your own schedule, define your rates, and work with enthusiastic students ready to improve their performance.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized coaching tailored to each student’s needs.
- Craft lesson plans and training regimens that enhance technique, understanding, and confidence.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere encouraging growth, enjoyment, and success.
- Use effective coaching methods and creative drills to ensure consistent progress and student satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Tennis coach, instructor, or similar teaching role.
- A true passion for Tennis and a strong desire to inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
- Autonomy and flexibility: set your own schedule and rates.
