Salary Range: $78,874 - $95,028 (Minimum to Midpoint)

Contract days: 226

Minimum Qualifications:

* Master's Degree

* Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or required training for subject and level assigned

* Texas Principal Certification (preferred)

Special Knowledge/

Skills:

* Knowledge of federal and state special education law

* Understanding of the individual needs of special needs students

* Ability to communicate with all levels of special needs students and their parents

* Ability to develop, interpret, evaluate, clarify, and apply policies and procedures

* Ability to manage budget and personnel

* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
