Position Summary:

We are seeking private music instructors for Guitar at Taylor Robinson Music. No studio location; lessons may be in students’ homes, instructors’ homes/studios, or via webcam.

• Teach private music lessons to students, primarily in‑person but may also conduct occasional webcam sessions.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to student goals.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and attendance records.
• Communicate regularly with the office to coordinate bookings and updates.
• Adhere to safety protocols: wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when necessary.

• Degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to set own schedule and curriculum.
• Willingness to travel within the El Paso, TX area.

Contract basis; pay $20–$30 per hour based on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. The company handles advertising, marketing, SEO, billing, and other administrative tasks.
