Are you passionate about helping young children build confidence in reading and math? We're looking for caring, reliable tutors to provide one‑on‑one instruction to Pre‑K through 3rd grade students across El Paso.

Many of our students need extra support with foundational reading and math skills. We're looking for tutors who are patient, encouraging, and able to adapt their teaching style to meet each child's unique learning needs. Our sessions are structured while keeping learning fun, interactive, and engaging.

One of the best parts of tutoring with us is the flexibility. You choose the students you'd like to work with and build a schedule that fits your availability. Once matched, we ask tutors to remain committed throughout the student's enrollment because consistency is essential for student success.

• Provide one‑on‑one reading and math tutoring for Pre‑K–3rd grade students.
• Teach foundational reading skills, including phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Reinforce math concepts using engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
• Identify learning gaps and tailor instruction to student needs.
• Follow the student's school curriculum when requested.
• Submit session reports promptly and communicate student progress with our team.
• Provide your own teaching materials when necessary.

• Reliable transportation (travel to students' homes is required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM on weekdays (weekend availability is a plus but not required).
• Experience teaching early elementary reading and math.
• Ability to create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment.

• $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
• Flexible scheduling—you choose your students and availability.
