Director Of Organizational Development
Under the support of the Executive Director of Human Resources, the Director of Organizational Development leads the College's strategy for leadership development, succession planning, institutional training implementation, and organizational development initiatives that support growth and institutional effectiveness. In‑person work on campus is an essential function of this position.
Responsibilities- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate comprehensive leadership and succession development programs for administrators, managers, supervisors, faculty, and staff, to strengthen organizational effectiveness, institutional continuity, accountability, and strategic decision‑making.
- Serve as the College's lead trainer and learning facilitator for in‑house subject matter experts supporting Human Resources software implementations, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
- Conduct training and organizational learning needs assessments with College leadership to identify development priorities, skill gaps, implementation barriers, and training solutions.
- Establish curriculum, facilitation, and evaluation standards for College training programs to ensure learning outcomes are consistent, measurable, and audience‑appropriate.
- Oversee college‑wide employee professional development and organizational learning programs that support workplace effectiveness, communication, customer service, team performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for departmental budget. Define training resource needs and recommend budget priorities.
- Oversee New Employee Orientation to ensure employees receive consistent onboarding and instruction regarding the College's mission, culture, service expectations, compliance requirements, employment standards, and institutional resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and use hands to handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
