Kids Gymnastics Instructor / Children’s Fitness Coach

The Little Gym of El Paso is hiring Gymnastics Instructors / Children’s Fitness Coaches. If you love kids, enjoy staying active, and want a fun, meaningful job, this role is perfect for candidates interested in early childhood education, child development, physical education, coaching, or youth programs.

As a Kids Gymnastics Instructor, you’ll lead fun, engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years, using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum. You’ll help children build confidence, coordination, and social skills through movement, play, and positive reinforcement.

• Teach children’s gymnastics and movement classes using our structured curriculum
• Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for every child
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and families
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
• Treat each class and child like it’s their first day — every time
• Assist with events, birthday parties, and special programs as needed

• Experience working with children preferred (education, childcare, coaching, camps, daycare, preschool, etc.)
• Background in child development, education, physical education, dance, or gymnastics is a plus
• Energetic, positive, and comfortable leading groups of children
• Able to be active, lift equipment, and move throughout your shift
• Reliable, professional, and great with communication
