PART-TIME YOUTH DIRECTOR

Scotsdale Baptist Church — El Paso, Texas

Scotsdale Baptist Church is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and bilingual Youth Director to lead and develop our ministry to middle school and high school students.

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to serving the Lord
• Genuine passion for teenagers and their spiritual development
• Experience working with youth and/or in student ministry preferred
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families
• Ability to recruit, train, encourage, and coordinate adult volunteers
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to plan youth Bible studies, gatherings, activities, retreats, and outreach events
• Must be willing to complete a background check

• Provide leadership and vision for the Youth Ministry
• Lead and coordinate weekly youth gatherings and Bible studies
• Encourage students to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ
• Develop discipleship opportunities for middle and high school students
• Recruit, train, and encourage youth ministry volunteers
• Build relationships with students and their families
• Plan youth activities, retreats, outreach events, and special programs
• Create a welcoming, safe, and Christ-centered environment
• Communicate regularly with parents, volunteers, and church leadership
