Essential Duties & Responsibilities Observe shift muster, provide pass-down to the oncoming shift, conduct personnel inspection, and forward discrepancy reports to Management as necessary Directly supervising the Shift Supervisors in performance of duties in regard to company policy, ICE Policy, PBNDS, PREA, and Facility SOP. Supervise shift operations, ensuring Officers are performing their duties in accordance with post orders. Ensure all counts are conducted at prescribed times.

Review Supervisor Post Checks/Prepare Daily Operations summary. Act as Incident Commander in conjunction with ICE. Responding to any/all incidents occurring on shift. Supervising the preparation of required incident reports, ensuring Management and Agency personnel are notified of all serious incidents, and all reports are submitted in a timely manner. Conducting employee/Detainee injury investigations in accordance with policies. Reviewing Record of Presence to ensure all shift personnel have signed in/out properly.

Conducting daily equipment inventory of controlled equipment. Preparing performance appraisals for Shift Supervisors. Other duties as assigned by Management. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field Level of Experience Requirements: 6 months’ experience at the EPSPC Trained and familiar with all policies and procedures within the Control Center PQS Booklet Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing. Computer skills, including proficiency in various Microsoft Office Suite programs. Obtain and Maintain PSU Clearance Ability to meet
