El Paso Electric Company seeks a skilled Power Plant Operator to safeguard and optimize the operation of pumps, motors, boilers, turbines, and generators. You will monitor indicators, perform basic maintenance, and assist with outages under the Shift Supervisor's guidance.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a Power Plant Operator Apprenticeship or similar program, and two years of relevant experience. A Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required.
