Conducts technical analysis of product implementations and overseas environment on M2 A2 ODS Bradley fighting vehicles. Provides support and continuity to customers and users worldwide to achieve system readiness. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, de‑processing, storing, assistance in shipping vehicles and their respective components during transition, and providing technical assistance and training.
Key Responsibilities- Technical assistance and advice to field personnel.
- User formal and informal OJT training.
- Technical data collection and reporting.
- Operating systems expert on vehicles.
- First point of contact for field problem identification and accident investigations.
- Support during testing, troubleshooting, repairing, de‑processing, storing and assisting in shipping vehicles and components.
- OJT training and unit hand‑off.
- Training on system operation, assembly and subassembly troubleshooting, component and system fault isolation and repair.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant Associate’s degree, or military school training.
- 4 years work experience in the mechanical/electrical/electronic field of relevant military products.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledgeable in the operations, maintenance activities and troubleshooting of all variants of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle.
- U.S. Army MOS 63T, 63M, 45T, or 91M with 10 years’ Bradley Fighting experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read schematics and drawings.
- Experience with Bradley and Bradley derivatives.
- Minimum 10 years of facility maintenance experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of performing essential functions.
- Able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and to climb stairs and ladders.
- Able to carry a personal tool bag weighing 20‑30 lbs.
Full‑Time Salary Range: $62,180 - $99,489.
LocationEl Paso, Texas.
Security Requirements- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
- U.S. Person and U.S. Citizenship required.
- Travel: 75%+.
- No relocation available.
