Field Project Manager leads the execution and delivery of large‑scale data centre infrastructure projects within enterprise and hyperscale environments. This role oversees the installation of structured cabling, fibre infrastructure, and low‑voltage systems while leading field teams and subcontractors. The position works closely with engineering, network, and construction partners to ensure deployments meet design specifications, industry standards, project schedules, and operational reliability requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage field deployment of data centre infrastructure including structured copper and fibre cabling, backbone fibre systems, rack connectivity, pathway systems, access control, and network installations.
- Lead field technicians and subcontractors, coordinating installation activities across data halls, distribution areas, and network infrastructure spaces.
- Interpret construction and technical documentation including IFC drawings, rack elevations, pathway layouts, and fibre routing diagrams.
