We are seeking a Mechanical QA/QC Technician to provide quality control of all mechanical and piping systems during the construction of mission‑critical data centers.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on mission‑critical or large‑scale commercial projects, especially in HVAC, Controls, Operations or Mechanical Field Services.
  • Familiarity with MEP systems including building management systems (BMS), cooling infrastructure, critical plumbing, electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS), electrical distribution, UPS systems, and support utilities.
  • Experience with construction and commissioning software such as ACC, Procore, and CxAlloy.
  • Background certifications or licenses related to the industry are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with all mechanical QA/QC activities across data center construction projects.
  • Oversee quality control processes for mechanical systems such as:
    • HVAC systems (CRAH/CRAC units)
    • Chilled water systems
    • Cooling towers
    • Pumps and piping systems
    • Mechanical plant infrastructure
    • Fire, life, and safety systems
  • Create daily and weekly QA/QC reports supporting client turnover and acceptance.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify installation aligns with drawings, specifications, and mission‑critical tolerances.
  • Utilize construction and commissioning software such as ACC, Procore, and CxAlloy.
  • Review shop drawings and mechanical submittals for conformance.
  • Participate in project meetings.
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and site‑specific safety standards.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and refuse unsafe work.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Travel: 100%

Work Schedule:

6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.
