• Designing CAD components in Solid Works and updating plant layouts in the packaging area using AutoCAD.
• Assists in the presentation of completed products and projects at exhibitions or board meetings.
• Flexible to provide support in all shifts.
• Provide support to respond to Quality Notifications (QN’s), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA’s), CAPA Initiation Determinations (CID’s).
• Create Change Control documentation and perform training of any new manufacturing procedure changes, and customer complaints.
• Executing and writing validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, and VP’s) and engineering tests (ET’s) for new or current BD products.
• Writes up reports of daily laboratory activity.
• Runs tests on products and equipment to ensure they function properly.
• Tests and inspects machines and equipment to assist the engineer in corrective action of production problems.
• Working alongside engineers to design, build, and test solutions to a variety of technical problems.
• Conducting research, collecting data, calculates or record results, and writing daily reports from daily day report and OEE.
• Conducting experiments and investigations under the guidance of Engineers.
• Prepares layouts and drawings of parts to be used for testing, setup, and manufacturing.
• Analyzing packaging operations and offering suggestions for improvement.
• Maintaining records and assisting with presentations.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
