Significant hands-on experience in thermal insulation or manufacturing may substitute for formal qualifications. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office tools. Professional-level English proficiency. Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and industrial manufacturing operations. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
