Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with products and services
• Use smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment
• Answer customer inquiries and educate them regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to undergo training for certifications, including propane filling and forklift operation
• Availability to participate in ongoing education through U‑Haul University

• Prior experience in customer service or related field
• Familiarity with rental equipment and services
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in using technology for inventory and rental management
• Interest in health and wellness initiatives
