Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and a talent for keeping finances on track? Elite Medical Transport is looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations.

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll work directly with the CFO to manage and maintain accurate financial records, process payroll, reconcile accounts, and ensure smooth day-to-day financial transactions across departments. This is a dynamic role where attention to detail, integrity, and strong communication skills are essential.

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high school diploma or GED required; additional accounting coursework preferred

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions and maintain vendor files
• Process accounts payable, input invoices, and assist with vendor management
• Prepare daily deposits and coordinate bank runs
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and support month-end closing procedures
• Assist with budget preparation, payroll processing, and journal entries
• Maintain document retention and ensure accuracy across financial records
• Collaborate closely with the CFO on special projects and administrative support tasks
