WhatYou’ll Be Doing
The Senior Tax Accountant will be required to participate in tax compliance, audit management, and tax planning in a multi‑national and multi‑jurisdictional environment. Review federal, state, and international tax returns prepared by third parties and prepare other tax filings completed in‑house. Participate in the quarterly and year‑end tax provisions and tax account balance reconciliations of the international subsidiaries. Maintain tax depreciation, control logs of deliverables, and compliance requirements (transaction, property and/or income taxes, and other informational reporting).
Participate in the income tax concepts of non‑US subsidiaries in tax examination inquiries. Research sophisticated federal, state, and international tax issues across a broad range of taxes.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Excellent multi‑tasking skills, time management, and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university in relevant fields: accounting, business administration, economics, finance.
- 4+ years of tax experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Suite; especially MS Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Experience in multinational and sophisticated structures, and fast‑paced environments.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
- CPA license.
- Oracle, Hyperion, Workiva Track Record.
- Experience in international tax concepts, inbound, outbound, and non‑US.
- Experience in the consumer products industry.
