ESTIMATING AND FINANCE ANALYST

El Paso, TX

Standard business hours, Monday through Friday; flexibility for deadlines.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for telecommunications and construction projects.
• Support bid and proposal pricing using historical data, cost models, and financial analysis.
• Develop and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Analyze variances between estimated and actual costs and report findings.
• Support pricing and financial evaluation of change orders.

• 3–5+ years of experience in estimating, financial analysis, cost control, or project finance.
• Experience in telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of labor, material, subcontractor, and overhead cost structures.
• Experience supporting multiple projects or bids simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, estimating, analysis).
