Community Relations Manager

Who You Are

• You have experience in community relations, government affairs, public affairs, or a related field
• You are skilled at building relationships with government, community, and business stakeholders
• You have strong communication and public speaking abilities
• You are based in West Texas and willing to travel regularly
• Experience with local government or land use processes is preferred
• Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or real estate development is a plus

• Serve as the primary liaison with community members, local officials, and civic organizations
• Represent the company at public meetings, hearings, and community events
• Lead engagement initiatives for new and existing sites
• Support permitting and zoning efforts through stakeholder outreach
• Develop community communications and manage feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams to address community concerns and priorities

• Strong relationships with local stakeholders and government partners
• Positive community engagement across project locations
• Community concerns are addressed proactively and effectively
• Stakeholder outreach supports project development and operational objectives

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 (annually based on experience)

Location: El Paso Metropolitan Area (Remote but requires travel around West Texas)
