Medical Office Clerk positions available supporting soldier medical readiness processing. High-volume data entry and patient interaction role providing essential administrative support.

Primary Duties
  • Perform extensive data entry in medical databases (MODS, MEDPROS)
  • Answer phone calls from staff, patients, and public
  • Greet visitors and direct to appropriate sections
  • Receive and process medical documentation
  • Review Unit Manning Rosters (UMR) for screening requirements
  • Screen medical records for required data entry
  • Pull and return medical records from Medical Records Room
  • Input data into required databases daily
  • Prepare labels, listings, forms, and correspondence
  • Maintain adequate supplies through inventory management
  • Stamp completed medical records
  • Provide database reports as requested
Qualifications Required
  • Education:High school diploma/GED + medical terminology knowledge
  • BLS:Current certification
  • Experience:1+ year as medical clerk in hospital, clinic, or doctor's office within last 3 years
  • Citizenship:U.S. Citizen

  • Schedule:Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 4:30 PM
