Clinical Pharmacist - Deployment Health Services

Join our pharmacy team supporting soldier readiness operations. Provide clinical pharmacy services ensuring optimal medication therapy for deploying and redeploying military personnel.

• Review and monitor medication regimens for deploying soldiers
• Assess patient response to drug therapy
• Modify dosages and drug therapy management
• Order and assess laboratory tests for drug therapy monitoring
• Provide patient education on medications
• Perform dispensing functions per established protocols
• Document clinical interventions and outcomes

• Degree:Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
  
  D.) from ACPE-accredited institution
• License:Current pharmacist license (any U.S. state)
• Certifications:Current BLS, DEA registration, NPI number
• Experience:1+ year post-graduate clinical pharmacy experience within last 2 years
• Citizenship:U.S. Citizen
