Caring Senior Service of El Paso is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our team in El Paso, TX. This is more than a caregiving role—you'll provide personalized care to seniors and lead our caregiving team, ensuring every client receives consistent, high-quality support.

As a Lead Caregiver, you'll combine hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, mentoring caregivers, covering open shifts, and supporting both clients and your team in the field.

• Provide personal care, companionship, and support for seniors in their homes

• Cover open shifts to ensure clients receive consistent care

• Onboard and mentor new caregivers, offering guidance and field support

• Coordinate with clients and families to ensure care needs are met

• Maintain high standards of care while respecting clients' dignity

• Be available for on-call shifts, including some nights and weekends

• Receive weekly on-call pay for availability outside regular shifts

• Experience in caregiving with a passion for senior care

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience mentoring or managing caregivers preferred

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

• Reliable transportation and auto insurance

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
