Caring Senior Service is seeking dedicated caregivers and CNAs to provide compassionate support to seniors in El Paso and surrounding areas. If you are caring, dependable, and passionate about helping others, we want you on our team!

• Bi-Lingual Friendly: Spanish-speaking caregivers are encouraged to apply!

• Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, incontinence care, medication reminders, and companionship

• Assist with household tasks: meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation

• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families

• At least 1 year of professional or private caregiving experience with seniors or adults with disabilities

• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and work legally in the U.S.

• Strong English reading and writing skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional care

• $11–$13/hour
  , based on experience

• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and PRN (as-needed) shifts
