Anesthesia Assistant (Surgical Hospital)
- Facility University Medical Center of El Paso
- Department UMCSH Anesthesia (Surgical Hospital)
- Schedule - Shift - Hours Relief - Days - Rotating
Provides assistance in setting up and maintaining anesthesia equipment and supplies. Assists Perioperative Environmental Service Associates in maintaining a clean environment in the Perioperative Service area.
Required Skills:
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use judgment in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of supplies and equipment used in anesthesia procedures.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
Required Experience:
A.
Work Experience:
One year of per operative experience required.
B. Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.
