A community-based healthcare provider in El Paso is seeking a compassionate Chaplain to serve the spiritual needs of seniors and their families. Under the supervision of the Social Worker Manager, the Chaplain will conduct visits, provide spiritual care, and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA. Required qualifications include a graduate-level degree in theology or related fields, bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, and at least one year of experience working with senior populations.
