* * Responsibilities:
* *-Assist the Occupational Therapist in providing therapy services to pediatric patients.
* *-Implement individualized treatment plans to help children develop fine motor, gross motor, and sensory processing skills.
* *-Support children with daily living activities, such as dressing, feeding, handwriting and more.
* *-Utilize play-based and therapeutic techniques to enhance development and engagement.
* *-Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the Occupational Therapist.
* *-Educate and support families on home exercises and therapy techniques.
* *-Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapy environment.
* *-Collaborate with therapists.
* * Requirements:

* * Must be a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Texas and member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).

* * Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
* *-
* * Experience working with pediatrics (preferred).
* *-
* * Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* *-
* * Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
* *-
* * Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
* * Education/License/

Certifications:

* * Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
