Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our PRN/On-Demand team supporting unaccompanied minors in a residential care setting in vibrant El Paso, Texas.
As a PRN Lead, you'll provide clinical leadership and support during scheduled coverage, vacations, staffing surges, and other operational needs. We welcome independently licensed clinicians from all 50 states and U.S. territories. This is an onsite PRN/On-Demand leadership position supporting a critical federal program. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. What You'll Do
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day support for Behavioral Health Therapists during assigned shifts.
* Foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence.
* Conduct behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, clinical evaluations, and treatment planning as needed.
* Provide clinical consultation and guidance for complex cases while promoting trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
* Monitor documentation and clinical practices to help ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care.
* Support onboarding, coaching, and clinical guidance for team members as needed.
* Collaborate with physicians, case managers, program leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
* Provide leadership coverage during vacations, leave periods, staffing shortages, or increased program demand.
* Maintain a limited clinical caseload while serving as the clinical leader during assigned shifts.
* Advocate for the safety, well-being, and successful outcomes of every child served. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
* Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
* Minimum of five years of post-independent licensure clinical experience.
* Minimum of two years of leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience.
* Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
* Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral health best practices, and clinical supervision.
* Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas, on an as-needed basis.
* U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.
* Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
* Experience supporting federal or government-funded behavioral health programs.
