Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate, independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to provide trauma-informed mental health services to unaccompanied minors in a residential care setting in vibrant El Paso, Texas. Licensed in another state? Great! We welcome independently licensed clinicians from all 50 states and U.S. territories. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting a critical federal program. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. What You'll Do
* Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
* Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
* Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
* Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
* Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
* Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
* Advocate for the safety, well-being, and success of every child in your care. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
* Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
* Minimum of two years of post-independent licensure experience.
* Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
* Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas.
* U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.
* Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
