Center Well Home Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes or facilities. You will participate in treatment planning, assess speech, voice, language, hearing and swallowing disorders, and provide counseling to patients and families.
Responsibilities include administering tests, documenting progress, and coordinating care with the team. A current license and CPR certification are required, with at least six months of experience.
