Interim Assistant Administrator of Quality and Infection Control Needed in El Paso, TX!
The Position
An Interim Assistant Administrator of Quality and Infection Control is needed to lead day-to-day operations for Quality, Infection Control, and Accreditation. Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, this leader will oversee five direct reports and approximately 20 FTEs. Key responsibilities include maintaining a strong focus on TJC preparedness, ensuring timely and accurate quality and regulatory reporting, assessing the department to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices, and providing ongoing mentorship and guidance to support the team's development and success.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and approachable leader with strong communication and leadership skills who can quickly build relationships, mentor and develop team members, and identify opportunities for education and growth. This individual should be collaborative, supportive, and willing to serve as an educational resource to leadership while fostering a positive learning environment across the department. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required;
Master's degree is highly preferred. Significant leadership experience in healthcare Quality/Performance Improvement, Infection Control, Accreditation, regulatory readiness, and TJC preparedness is required.

Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
