Therapist – Respiratory Therapist

$2325.60/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care in a specialized neonatal and pediatric setting. This role involves night shifts, working 12-hour or 12-hour alternate schedules, with an emphasis on neonatal and pediatric patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and interventions to neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust therapies as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with travel and facility-specific policies.
• Ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with clinical guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Respiratory Therapist license or credential.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in a level 4 NICU or pediatric intensive care setting.
• Have Neonatal and Pediatric experience essential.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Cerner charting system.
• Be able to work night shifts, including 3x12s or 4x12s schedule.
• Provide two professional references upon submission.
