Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing staff with the administration of medications to residents, following established protocols and procedures

• Monitor residents' medication schedules and record vital signs as needed

• Assist with resident care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Report any changes or concerns regarding residents' conditions to the nursing staff

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of medication administration and resident care

Requirements:
