Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in need. • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patients’ health status by observing mental state and overall well-being
• Follow care plans accurately while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
• Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Document any changes in condition meticulously for accurate record‑keeping

• Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or caring for a relative or loved one
• Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, autism support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and teams
• Demonstrated reliability with a compassionate approach to caregiving and patient support
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment location
