Well Med, part of the Optum family, seeks a Medical Assistant to support patient care under clinician supervision in El Paso, Texas. Tasks include drawing blood, EKGs, wound care, and specimen collection, with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.
The MA will assist with rooming patients, documenting care, and communicating patient needs to the care team. Requirements include MA certification or progress toward it, BLS, and basic computer skills; COVID/Measles immunization may be required.
