• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience
• Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation
• Collect co‑pays and manage patient records and accounts
• Schedule appointments and walk‑ins with valid doctor’s orders
• Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A warm and professional demeanor
• Previous healthcare or front office experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
