Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift

Job Summary:

Join Avir at Lomaland, a reputable healthcare organization, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ALL SHIFTS team! As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

• Assist patients with daily living activities
  , such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
  , including vital signs and overall well-being, to ensure timely interventions and optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including treatment plans and progress notes, to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team
  , including nurses, doctors, and other CNAs, to deliver comprehensive care and promote a positive patient experience.
• Prioritize patient safety
  , adhering to infection control and safety protocols, to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for patients.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely
