Responsible for managing all internal and external activities of the Medical Staff Office (MSO) and serves as a liaison between Medical Staff, Chief Medical Officer, and Administration.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities as specified.

• NAMSS Certification as a Certified Professional Medical Service Manager (CPMSM) or Certified Credentials Specialist (CPCS) or actively pursuing and ability to become certified within one year of hire.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.

• Ability to supervise others to ensure accomplishment of Medical Staff Office requirements.
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work well and get along with others to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and frequent interruptions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgements.
