** Academic Req:
** Required – Master’s degree in a behavioral science field plus five (5) years of full-time direct service delivery experience OR a doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or in other relevant behavioral science field in which clinical training and experience is a program requirement
** Certifications**:
Currently licensed as LCSW-S or LCSW who is LCSW-S licensure eligible, First aid, CPR,  Emergency behavior intervention
** Work experience**:
Required – Three (3) years of supervisory experience or five (5) years in a related area with specific experience in working in community-based, residential, inpatient, or school-based   clinical treatment programs. Experience developing and implementing trainings, applying recommendations from governing entities, and conducting training of clinical staff. A proven track record in working successfully with diverse populations.

Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Ensure all community relationships supporting partnerships are viable.  
2. Provide oversight of data, evaluative tools, and survey information as necessary for the division.  
3. Implementation and management of clinical and mental health service initiatives.  
4. Ensure relevant program training remains updated according to local, state, and federal policy.  
5. Ensure compliance dashboard reflects program critical action items.  
6. Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training, and team decisions.  
7. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor.  
8. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.  
9. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.  10. Enhancement of supportive services for unaccompanied children with significant mental health issues, focused on the evaluation of the efficacy of psychotropic medications.  11. Creation of additional tools necessary to identify and serve vulnerable populations.  12. Possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as organizational and planning skills.
