Supports the hospital by operating switchboard. Answers, screens, transfers incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directed
Responsibilities- Answers calls in efficient manner, uses digital pages as needed. Accesses patient information, uses scripting for all interactions.
