As a Driver CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Driver CNA to join our team in El Paso, Texas.

As a Driver CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and transportation services within our facility. Your duties will include:

• Transporting patients to and from appointments, treatments, and activities
• Assisting patients with transfers and ambulation
• Providing basic care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Taking vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met

• Provide emotional support and compassion to patients and families
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Participate in staff education and training programs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team

• Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
• Excellent driving skills
• Ability to lift and transport patients as needed
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
