Autism Behavior Support (ABS) in El Paso is hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement BIPs, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the team to ensure treatment fidelity.
This full-time role offers 32–40 hours per week, a 90-day benefits wait, 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, CEUs for RBTs, attendance bonus, and a 90-day raise review.
