Job Summary
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL TECH) position is based in a cardiac catheterization lab located at a healthcare providers facility. This role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac diagnostics, PCI, and angioplasty, ensuring high-quality patient care. The assignment is for 13 weeks, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Details

• Qualifications:
  
  No minimum years of experience required; candidates must have catheterization lab experience. Certifications include ACLS and BLS. Education requirements are unspecified. Location is within a cardiac catheterization laboratory environment.
• Schedule:
  
  8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Call responsibilities are included with rotating weekend call.
• Additional Information:
  The unit comprises three cardiac catheter labs, one electrophysiology lab, and one hybrid lab, with a staff consisting of a charge RN, three cardiac lab RNs, and three cardiovascular technologists. Procedures performed include cardiac diagnostic tests, PCI, electrophysiology studies, and vascular interventions. Candidates are expected to adhere to unit policies and dress code, with a preference for those experienced or familiar with equipment such as Impella, IABP, and thrombectomy devices.
