The Bartlett Assisted Living is looking for excellent team members to work with us providing exceptional care for our residents. Our mission at The Bartlett is to create a foundation of compassionate care for those we serve while providing the highest level of support, education and understanding with the best quality care for our community.

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and ambulation support
• Serve meals and assist residents with eating as needed
• Monitor residents’ condition and report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations and facility policy)
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being at all times
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social engagement
• Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents (up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance)
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
