Role Overview
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing and providing rehabilitative care to patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and achieving measurable goals in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments
- Establish and modify treatment programs based on physician orders
- Document patient progress
- Educate patients and families on therapy methods
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care
- Hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
- Possess a valid state license or be in the process
- Have at least one year of experience
- Current CPR certification is required
- Weekly pay
