- West is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house team on a PRN basis. You will administer prescribed therapies, assist with mobility and function, and support the PT in delivering high-quality resident care.
The ideal candidate holds an active Texas PTA license, has strong communication and teamwork skills, and experience in SNF or long-term care settings.
