Overview
Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently seeking a remarkable Massage Therapist for the Desert Spirit Spa located inside Hotel Paso Del Norte in El Paso, Texas.

Pay Range: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications plus commission on retail sales and service add ons.
Job PurposeWarm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us.
Responsibilities- Provide high quality massage treatments to guests as laid out in the treatment protocols.
- Uphold essential hospitality standards at all times: eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, use the guest surname.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
- Set up spa and work stations, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
- Assist with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replace them between sessions.
- Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms.
- Consult with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
- Provide massage services listed in the brochure.
- Maintain records and file documentation.
- Comply with applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Maintain a current therapist license.
High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards preferred.
