Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently seeking a remarkable Massage Therapist for the Desert Spirit Spa located inside Hotel Paso Del Norte in El Paso, Texas.

Pay Range: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications plus commission on retail sales and service add ons.

• Provide high quality massage treatments to guests as laid out in the treatment protocols.
• Uphold essential hospitality standards at all times: eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, use the guest surname.
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
• Set up spa and work stations, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
• Assist with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replace them between sessions.
• Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Consult with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
• Provide massage services listed in the brochure.
• Maintain records and file documentation.
• Comply with applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a current therapist license.

High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.

Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards preferred.
